Position Title: Human Resource Manager.

Human Resource Manager job opportunity is available at a Sports Gaming Company for individuals who possess B.Sc. in Human resource, Business Administration or relevant field.

  • Human Resource manager will be responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include:
  • Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
  • Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

  • Develop and implement HR strategies with initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and controlling the administrative activities or decisions made within the organization
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Conducting annual salary surveys
  • Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
  • Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
  • Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
  • Performing benefits administration
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
  • Overseeing exit interviews
  • Maintaining department records and reports
  • Participating in administrative staff meetings
  • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
  • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
  • Nurture a positive work environment
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices
  • Design, implement and monitor adherence to HR policies of recruitment, training and development, employee relation, rewards management and human resource information system
  • Implementing and revising the company’s compensation program
  • Creating and revising job descriptions
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

  • B.Sc. in Human resource, Business Administration or relevant field is required
  • Masters in relevant field is an added advantage
  • Certified qualification(CIPM) or equivalent is preferred
  • Candidate must have minimum of 3 years proven experience in similar role
  • Relevant experience in senior management role
  • Competence in building and effectively managing relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices
  • Experience in performance evaluation and change management
  • Ability to manage multiple teams at the same time
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirement and safety rules and regulation
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skill
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills

REMUNERATION :-

NGN200,000 – 300,000 / Month
