Position Title: Human Resources Executive.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Human Resources Executive job opportunity is available at Strugz for individuals who possess Degree / MSC in any HR related courses or HR certifications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Address all employment relations issues
• Oversee the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
• Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
• Workforce Planning and Employment
• Analyzing job duties
• Writing job descriptions

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• A Degree / MSC in any HR related courses or HR certifications
• Must have least 4 years working experience as HR Executive
• 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relation
• Must have strong HR skills
• Excellent communication skills
