Position title: Human Resources Manager. Location: Anambra State.About the role

Responsibilities
The HR Manager will be reporting to the Head of Admin and will be responsible for:
- Staff Recruitment
- Admin of staff welfare and discipline
- Industrial Relations
- Liaison with government regulatory agencies: NSITF, Minister of Labour, ITF
- Staff performance Management
- Knowledge of Nigeria Labour Laws
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree / HND and 4 years cognate experience, acquired in a well structured organization.
- Membership of IPMN, IT Literacy and familiarly with HR IT modules will be an added advantage.
