Position Title: In-Store Customer Service Attendant.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

In-Store Customer Service Attendant job opportunity is available at Breadish Bakery for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Performs in store and online customer service and sales rep duties
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about our products and services
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Keep records, and reconciling of all Sales and Customer updates
• Provide innovative ideas about how Company should manage Customers
• Uphold records of company policies and procedures.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• We would prefer a Female Person for this Position
• Experience in customer support
• Must be Computer Literate and have Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with a wide range of People
• Time management and planning skills
• Minimum Qualification: SSCE or OND
• Experience: 1-2 years.
