Position Title: Information Technology Support Officer.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Information Technology Support Officer job opportunity is available at Hanein Group for individuals who possess Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Repairing equipment and replacing parts
• Responding to breakdowns
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and more
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Maintaining records of software licences and ensuring adherence with software licensing laws
• Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
• Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings
• Testing and modifying systems to ensure that they operate reliably
• Managing secure network access for remote users
• Designing maintenance procedures and putting them into operation.
• Managing IT budgets
• Providing user training, support, advice and feedback
• Implementing and managing security or integrity and backup procedures
• Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
• Implementing and maintaining IT administrative systems
• General IT Support duties

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant field.
• At least five years’ experience in IT Support
• Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Self-driven individual with ability to work with minimum supervision
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong time-management and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-driven individual with ability to work with minimum supervision
