Position Title: IT Manager.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

IT Manager job opportunity is available at IRW Nigeria for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Configuring and monitoring servers remotely
• Managing support systems and processes
• Develop more efficient ways to monitor and reduce downtime less than 3 mins
• Ensure uninterrupted delivery of service to client…disable updates, diagnose and fix hardware or fix software problems
• Monitor live streaming channels
• Install and point the antenna to different satellites
• Manage and liaise with installers
• Visit installation sites to ensure quality and standards are met and kept. (Occasional)
• Undertake hardware and software purchases on behalf of the company
• Support other company web platforms
• Develop IT solutions improve company processes and service

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Not more than 35 years
• Residence in Lagos Mainland
• At least 18 months experience

Required Skills:

• Strong managerial / leadership skills
• Strong knowledge in Internet protocol systems,
• Experience in Data centre and/or customer support in an iT company will be an advantage. e.g., setting up firewalls – hardware / software, troubleshooting systems …etc
• Web development knowledge
• Knowledge of IP and Windows os and basic knowledge Cisco
