Role overview
Erisco Foods Limited is recruiting an IT Support Officer to maintain end-user computer systems and provide technical support in Alausa, Ikeja.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure operating systems, computer equipment and applications.
- Maintain and monitor hardware, workstations and network systems.
- Assist users with setup, access problems and software or hardware faults.
- Replace equipment components where necessary and test new technologies.
- Provide technical assistance during new application deployments.
- Create user accounts and respond to support requests within agreed timeframes.
Qualifications and experience
- BSc or HND in Computer Science.
- At least two years of post-qualification professional experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Employment conditions
Full-time position in Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.
