IT Support Officer Vacancy at IRW Nigeria

Position Title: IT Support Officer.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

IT Support Officer job opportunity is available at IRW Nigeria for individuals who possess 1st Degree.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• To provide support for Live streaming channels on satellite – This involves;
• Liaising with company teleport vendors
• Manage and respond to clients complaints
• Monitor the channels (the stream and the live channel)
• Liaise with local installers to fix installation problems when required
• To manage the company website and media platforms
• To design fliers, banners or presentations when required
• To coordinate fresh installations for clients
• And other related roles.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• 1st Degree Minimum requirement, Certification courses will be added advantage.
• Between 23 – 30 years old
• 1 – 2 years work experience
• Resides 30 – 45mins Drive from Magodo

Expected Trait:

• Smart, Intelligent, Leadership qualities, Hard-working, Stick-ability (Ability to follow through on tasks), Ability to think and take initiative, Problem solving skills, Effective communication skills – written and spoken.
