About the role
IT Support Officer job opportunity is available at IRW Nigeria for individuals who possess 1st Degree.
Responsibilities
- To provide support for Live streaming channels on satellite – This involves;
- Liaising with company teleport vendors
- Manage and respond to clients complaints
- Monitor the channels (the stream and the live channel)
- Liaise with local installers to fix installation problems when required
- To manage the company website and media platforms
- To design fliers, banners or presentations when required
- To coordinate fresh installations for clients
- And other related roles.
Experience and qualifications
- 1st Degree Minimum requirement, Certification courses will be added advantage.
- Between 23 – 30 years old
- 1 – 2 years work experience
- Resides 30 – 45mins Drive from Magodo
Expected Trait:
- Smart, Intelligent, Leadership qualities, Hard-working, Stick-ability (Ability to follow through on tasks), Ability to think and take initiative, Problem solving skills, Effective communication skills – written and spoken.
