Logistics Manager at Ego’s Kitchen and Delectable – Surulere

Ego’s Kitchen and Delectable is recruiting a Logistics Manager in Surulere, Lagos, to coordinate food deliveries, supervise dispatch personnel and support timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Dispatch and logistics responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily deliveries to help ensure prompt fulfilment of food orders.
• Supervise drivers and dispatch staff and organise delivery routes to limit delays and transport costs.
• Check orders and packages for accuracy before dispatch and monitor deliveries through completion.
• Resolve dispatch and transportation problems as they arise.
• Maintain records of deliveries, fuel use and other logistics expenses.
• Ensure food orders are handled in ways that preserve their quality and presentation.
• Check vehicle condition and coordinate servicing where necessary.
• Communicate with kitchen and customer-service teams to support smooth order preparation and dispatch.
• Prepare periodic logistics reports and update management on delivery performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch coordination or operations management.
• Strong organisational, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Good leadership and clear communication.
• Ability to handle several deliveries and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Surulere and surrounding areas.
• Honesty, accountability and careful attention to detail.

Remuneration

• Monthly salary of ₦100,000.
