Maintenance Manager / Site Superintendent at Thyaura Partners Concept Limited – Abuja

Thyaura Partners Concept Limited is recruiting a Maintenance Manager / Site Superintendent to oversee building services, equipment and day-to-day site maintenance in Abuja.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations and scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, electrical services, plumbing, HVAC and other equipment.
• Inspect sites for faults, defects and safety hazards and coordinate repair, replacement and installation work.
• Manage technicians, artisans, vendors, contractors and outsourced service providers against agreed quality and time targets.
• Control maintenance budgets, spare parts, tools, materials and inventory.
• Keep accurate inspection, work-order, incident and service records and provide maintenance performance reports.
• Coordinate urgent equipment breakdowns, enforce HSE requirements and improve reliability and cost efficiency.
