Position title: Male Office Assistant. Location: Lagos State.About the role
Male Office Assistant job opportunity is available at Timekeepers International Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors in a professional manner
- Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly
- To provide effective and efficient cleaning service to ensure that Offices are maintained in accordance with the required standards
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including shipment logistic
- Assist with other office related tasks.
Experience and qualifications
- Possess Senior Secondary School Certificate or OND
- 1 year experience in similar role
- Must communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Problem-solving and critical thinking are the required soft skill
- Must live around Ikeja and its environs
- Provide two Guarantors
- Aged between 18 – 25 years.
