Position Title: Managing Editor.

Job Station: Nigeria.

INTRODUCTION:-

Managing Editor job opportunity is available at Applied Engineering Technology Initiative Limited (AETI) for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Approve and edit editorial content
• Coordinate the distribution policy of the journal in bookshops, hotels, airlines, individual and corporate subscription.
• Manage the on-line distribution of the journal
• Coordinate the advertisement sales team to ensure sufficient procurement of adverts from corporate organization, in time, develop the distribution channel
• Coordinate editorial publications and meetings
• Create and employ various marketing strategies in order to get more people to read the published content.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• A graduate of a relevant course of study
• 10 years cognitive experience in any of the newspaper houses
• Must have experience as a Business Editor in any of the reputable newspaper houses.
• Strong Communication Skills (Written)
• Attention to details
• Exceptionally ability in copy write and editing
• Excellent organizational and people skills
