An undisclosed employer is recruiting a Marketer in Ogba, Lagos, through Swift Consulting to promote loan products, generate leads and acquire customers.

Responsibilities and requirements

• Promote loan products to suitable prospective customers and explain terms, eligibility and repayment options.
• Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, field activities and digital channels.
• Follow up enquiries and guide customers through the application and documentation process.
• Develop relationships with customers and achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records and report marketing activity.
• OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Two to three years’ experience in marketing, sales, banking, microfinance or loan products.
• Confident customer communication, negotiation, target orientation, digital communication and field marketing skills.
