An undisclosed organisation is recruiting a Marketing Manager in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, through Ellasot Consulting. The full-time role leads brand positioning, marketing strategy, campaigns, digital outreach, budget planning and the marketing team.

Job Summary

We are seeking for r an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to oversee the organization’s functions.

The successful candidate would be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services, increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive revenue growth.

The role involves managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, overseeing promotional activities, and leading the marketing team to achieve business objectives.

The Key Requirements

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee brand positioning, advertising, promotions, and public relations activities.
• Manage the company’s digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor marketing performance using relevant metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing team to achieve set targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and other departments to ensure effective marketing and business development.
• Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the company’s brand identity.
• Perform other related duties assigned by Management.
• Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, brand management, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work towards targets.

Salary

• N180,000 – N220,000 per month.
