Responsibilities
- Implement and improve systems, structures, policies, processes and tools to maximize revenue opportunities,
- Identify and analyze the potentials of target markets and define the company’s production targets and sales strategy.
- Design and implement sales programs initiatives
- Track trends in poultry products purchase and consumption patterns to modify company production plans and sales strategies
- Lead the development and implementation of a vibrant sales policy
Experience and qualifications
- HND or B.Sc in Life Sciences.
Experience:
- 10 years in the Poultry industry.
Certification:
- None.
Knowledge:
- The poultry industry and business,
- Sales Management Customer Relationship Management
- Business Analysis
- Information Management
- Marketing and Brand Management
Other Requirements:
- The persons must have strong leadership skills, able to train and mentor, able to plan, schedule, coordinate direct, and control effectively.
- Desired personal attributes are: Highly organized; Significant ability to multi-task effectively, Ability to work with all levels of management; Build partnerships and teams.
- Assertive and tenacious.
