Non-Commodity Procurement Manager at Olam Agri – Ilorin, Kwara
Olam Agri is recruiting a full-time Non-Commodity Procurement Manager for its Integrated Feed & Protein business in Ilorin (Soya), Kwara State. The position manages indirect procurement across engineering spares, services and logistical needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead procurement processes, category sourcing and supplier negotiations within approved budgets.
- Ensure timely availability of engineering parts, services and project-related requirements.
- Develop supplier performance measures and manage contract and supply-chain risks.
- Support responsible sourcing, infrastructure projects and continuous improvement.
- Use ERP and digital procurement tools to improve process visibility.
- Coach procurement teams and collaborate with operational stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
- Five to seven years’ end-to-end procurement experience in a relevant industrial environment.
- Experience with capital projects, engineering spares, logistics, service contracts and indirect categories.
- Familiarity with supplier negotiations, EXIM processes and procurement governance.
- Master’s degree or CIPS/CPSM certification is advantageous.
