Position Title: Office Secretary.

Job Station: Abuja, Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Office Secretary job opportunity is available at Indigenous Real Estate & Property Development Company for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

  • Bachelor’s Degree (from a reputable University or Polytechnic with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division or Upper Credit) in English, Information Science / Technology, Secretariat Studies
  • Experience: 3-5 years
  • Must be within 27 – 40 years of age

Requirements:

  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with level external and internal clients
  • Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
  • Proficiency with Engineering Design Skills & Microsoft Office Suite.
