Job Description
- Onboarding Manager is directly responsible for acquiring and retaining transporters on the aggregation platform.
- We prefer a candidate who has worked with transporters in Nigeria and has good references/ contacts for these transporters.
Responsibilities
- Identifying potential transporters from various sources like yellow pages, online research, word of mouth, etc. and preparing a plan to meet the target number of transporters by cold calling them and scheduling meetings.
- Visiting transporters and interviewing them with a predesigned questionnaire.
- Maintaining a database of the transporters captured along with the feedback received on the questionnaire.
- Maintain regular touch with the visited transporters.
- Plan and execute onboarding seminars for the transporters identified.
- Prepare daily reports for management of the progress achieved.
- Should possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities and also change in location anywhere across Nigeria in the near future.
- Team player with ability to work cross-functionally.
