Open RAN Solution Architect job opportunity is available at Ascentech Services Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
Experience and qualifications
- HND / BSc / MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Education: master degree in telecommunication engineering or equivalent
- Minimum years of experience: 10+ years of experience
- Domain experience: 3GPP RAN & Open RAN including 5G NR radio, IP at application level, benchmarking, 3GPP call flow analysis, performance improvement
- Domain, E2E, Network Optimization/Network Design, performance knowledge.
- Network virtualization including public and private cloud design and architecture
- Design related to management (orchestration, assurance, and optimisation) of 4G/5G networks (CPE, RAN, Core)
- Active part in customer solution design;
- Requirement analysis, System design and Architecture design;
- Functional allocation CU/DU (Centralized Unit/Distributed Unit) and Radio Unit;
- O&M functional allocation;
- Support RAN integrations, verification and troubleshooting.
