Key responsibilities

• Oversee the clinic’s daily operations and ensure consistent client service.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, punctuality and productivity.
• Introduce and maintain standard operating procedures to support reliable clinic operations.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Three to five years’ experience in operations management or a comparable leadership position.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare or hospitality.
