Operations Manager job opportunity is available at Boardroom Apartments for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- To achieve Hotel revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals by directing operations
- Develops and implements strategies for operations, marketing and sales that support achievement of the Hotel’s goals
- Must be technically skilled in revenue optimisation, maximise revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Provide administrative and strategic support.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional certifications with hospitality schools been an experience.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role with a 5-star hotel.
- Professional knowledge of the hotel industry.
- Ability to utilise hospitality software
- Efficient in report writing.
