Position Title: Operations Manager.

Operations Manager job opportunity is available at Boardroom Apartments for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

  • To achieve Hotel revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals by directing operations
  • Develops and implements strategies for operations, marketing and sales that support achievement of the Hotel’s goals
  • Must be technically skilled in revenue optimisation, maximise revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative and strategic support.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Professional certifications with hospitality schools been an experience.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role with a 5-star hotel.
  • Professional knowledge of the hotel industry.
  • Ability to utilise hospitality software
  • Efficient in report writing.
