Position Title: Personal Assistant and Admin.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Personal Assistant and Admin job opportunity is available at Strugz for individuals who possess relevant qualification.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the CEO
  • Perform administrative/ secretarial duties
  • Conduct research
  • Create initiatives for the business
  • Create reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Represent the client when necessary
  • Monitor all documentation
  • Organize and update database effectively
  • Other duties as assigned by the CEO.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a PA
  • Preferably female
  • Must be very efficient
  • Very proactive and smart
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Organizational skills
  • Available to work at Lekki

REMUNERATION :-

NGN150,000.00 / Month
