Pharmacist at EHA Clinics – Abuja

EHA Clinics is recruiting a Pharmacist for its pharmacy operations in Lugbe or Asba, Abuja. The role reports to the Assistant Manager, Pharmacy Operations and focuses on safe dispensing, patient counselling and pharmacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions and accurately prepare and dispense medicines.
• Counsel patients on medication use, safety, side effects and pharmaceutical care.
• Identify medication risks, adverse drug reactions and dispensing errors.
• Manage pharmacy stock, safe storage, labelling and inventory records.
• Support pharmacy procedures, infection prevention and public-health education.
• Keep patient education records and refer clinical concerns appropriately.
• Comply with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria standards and professional ethics.

Requirements

• BPharm, MPharm or PharmD qualification.
• At least two years of progressive pharmacy experience after NYSC.
• Current registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria and a valid practice licence.
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical care, inventory management and relevant regulations.
• Strong counselling, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Public-health or health-system experience is an advantage.
