Pharmacy Technician at Drugstore Nigeria – Lagos
Drugstore Nigeria is recruiting a full-time, remote Pharmacy Technician associated with its Lagos operations to handle medication and order enquiries, prescription support and patient communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customers and patients by telephone, chat and email.
- Provide general information about medication availability, usage and dosages within the scope of the role.
- Process prescription orders and repeat requests, and follow up outstanding cases.
- Refer clinical or complex matters to the supervising pharmacist.
- Document customer interactions accurately and promptly flag stock, safety or compliance concerns.
Requirements
- Previous work in a pharmacy, hospital or another healthcare setting.
- Clear verbal and written communication and confident use of digital customer-support systems.
- A dependable internet connection and a quiet environment suitable for remote work.
- Remote or call-centre experience, and knowledge of pharmacy or electronic medical record software, are advantages.
