Position Title: Pre-Sales Lead.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION :-
Pre-Sales Lead job opportunity is available at IT Horizons Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- This position leads and manages scoping, designing, maintaining, supporting, developing communication Systems, Microsoft, Compute, Backup/DR and network solutions within an organization or between organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Network, Wireless, Collaboration, and Security Solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Compute, Backup/DR, System and Microsoft Solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, in-market field sellers, partner under your area of concertation.
- Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm
- Builds relationships especially on C-level with customers and global partners that result in superior solutions and deeper loyalty and adoption of ITH’s solutions
- Support sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit.
- Establishing the customer environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-
- Minimum of eight (8) years in an ICT / System Integrator environment, with 5 years in a supervisory role.
- CCNP/CCIE, MCSA/MCSE, Solution Architecting, Customer engagement up to CxO level,
- Relevant Leadership and Managerial skill is highly required.
