Production Officer at a Food/FMCG Company – Ipaja/Ayobo, Lagos

A growing food and FMCG business in Ipaja/Ayobo, Lagos, is recruiting a full-time Production Officer through JV Management Consulting. The role oversees day-to-day production activities, staff coordination and standards for quality, hygiene and safe operations.

Production responsibilities

• Coordinate daily food production activities and production schedules.
• Supervise production personnel to support safe, efficient operations.
• Maintain product quality, hygiene practices and food-safety requirements.
• Control raw materials, inventory, waste and production costs.
• Monitor production processes and work towards agreed targets and standards.

Requirements

• At least two years’ experience in food or FMCG manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Practical understanding of food manufacturing, hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to manage stock and production costs, with an organised, proactive and results-focused approach.

Remuneration and benefits

• Monthly salary of ₦100,000.
