Professional Driver — Live-Out at an Undisclosed Company via Royale Resources & Consults – Lekki Phase 1

An employer in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, is recruiting a full-time, live-out Professional Driver through Royale Resources & Consults. The driver will provide safe and punctual transport for authorised passengers and maintain the assigned vehicle.

Key duties

• Transport management, staff, clients and other authorised passengers safely and on schedule.
• Inspect the vehicle daily, checking tyres, brakes, lights, fluids, fuel and general condition.
• Keep the vehicle clean, arrange routine servicing and report defects, accidents or maintenance needs without delay.
• Plan efficient journeys while following traffic laws, company policies and road safety requirements.
• Record mileage, fuel use, servicing and vehicle-related expenditure accurately.
• Carry out official errands and other authorised driving assignments.
• Protect passengers’ safety and comfort while maintaining confidentiality, discretion and professional conduct.
• Avoid reckless driving, unnecessary detours and unauthorised vehicle use.

Qualifications and experience

• SSCE/WAEC or an equivalent qualification and a valid Nigerian driver’s licence.
• Two to ten years’ professional driving experience; corporate, executive, personal or company driving experience is an advantage.
• Defensive-driving certification is an advantage; training in vehicle maintenance and road safety is desirable.
• Verifiable employment references and a good driving history without serious traffic violations.
• Sound knowledge of local routes, navigation applications and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Strong communication, punctuality, record-keeping, customer service and independent working skills.
• A dependable, courteous, safety-conscious and professionally presented approach.

Salary

₦180,000–₦200,000 per month.
