Project Manager at Dwellion Design – Chevron-Lekki, Lagos

Dwellion Design is recruiting a full-time Project Manager in Chevron-Lekki, Lagos. The role combines structural and civil design oversight with project costing, technical coordination, contractor supervision, progress reporting and construction-site quality and safety management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural calculations and designs for buildings and associated civil works.
• Translate architectural plans into engineering documentation, including designs for foundations, beams, columns, slabs and reinforcement.
• Prepare detailed bills of quantities from drawings, material schedules and engineering requirements.
• Support material procurement through specifications and quantities; evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations against the BOQ.
• Track project expenditure and prepare cost and financial performance updates.
• Direct site teams, including engineers, supervisors and subcontractors, against approved programmes and productivity targets.
• Maintain quality controls and compliance with relevant regulations and project standards.
• Enforce site health and safety rules and conduct project risk assessments.
• Prepare technical and operational status reports and monitor indicators for cost, timeline and quality.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and clients on technical issues, progress and mitigation measures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and five to seven years’ relevant experience.
• Ability to manage structural engineering documentation, civil works, budgets, procurement, project teams and site safety in line with the stated role responsibilities.
