Project Manager / Administrator job opportunity is available at an Indigenous Real Estate & Property Development Company for individuals who possess Bachelor’s Degree or HND.
Job Description
- The Project Manager will coordinate the planning, directing, coordinating activities concerned with the construction and pavement of projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
- Resolving design and development problems
- Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
- Thinking both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND (from a reputable University or Polytechnic with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division or Upper Credit) in related Engineering field: Civil / Structural Engineering, Building Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering. Professional qualifications (NSE, CORBON, COREN) in related field is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying with relevant qualification with professional body
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Must be within 27 – 40 years of age
Requirements:
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with level external and internal clients
- Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
- Proficiency with Engineering Design Skills & Microsoft Office Suite.
