Position Title: Real Estate Marketer.

Job Station: Lagos State.

• We are currently recruiting for real estate marketers to drive sales via various marketing strategies for our products and services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Implement marketing plans and work to meet sales target.
• Meeting up with potential clients and convincing them on the need to buy a property.
• Ability to convert your prospect leads to sales of property.
• Sales focus – Landed properties at Ibeju Lekki
• Generate client database
• Participate on behalf of company in Exhibitions, conferences and seminars
• Track marketing and sales data and identify areas for improvement.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Candidate must have 1-2 years of experience with any Real Estate Firm or must have passion and ability to persuade clients to buy properties
• Must have worked with a Real Estate Firm
• Must reside on the Island preferably Ikota/Ajah/Sangotedo/Awoyaya environs or nearby
