Real Estate Sales Agent at JV Management Consulting – Ajao Estate, Lagos

JV Management Consulting is recruiting a full-time Real Estate Sales Agent in Ajao Estate, Lagos, to promote available properties, identify prospective buyers and investors, and develop client relationships that lead to successful sales.

Sales and client responsibilities

• Identify prospective property buyers and investors and generate new sales leads.
• Promote properties through social media, networking and other marketing channels.
• Follow up on enquiries, arrange property inspections and conduct site visits.
• Explain property features, locations, prices and payment plans accurately to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate sales terms, support clients through the purchase process and convert leads into completed transactions.
• Build client relationships that support referrals and repeat business.
• Meet sales targets, maintain sales reports and track market trends and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management on marketing strategies.

Requirements

• At least an OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Previous sales, marketing, customer service or real estate experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, client engagement and persuasion skills.
• Working knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation.
• A professional, self-motivated and target-focused approach, with the ability to work independently or within a team.
