- All applicants must preferably be graduates and must be proficient in the use of computer.
- Exceptional leadership qualities especially with emotional intelligence skills is required.
- Applicants must be target-driven and goal-oriented, leveraging technology and teamwork to achieve set goals.
- Knowledge of sales force management and market dynamics of the Northern market in relation to plastics sales is compulsory.
