DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks and must be familiar with industry’s best practices with good knowledge of various Foods.
- To run kitchen in a creative and innovative way, with a twist from the traditional is important.
- Must be able to launch new concepts, introduce signature dishes and must have proven record in quality guest experience,
- Must be able to lead, manager, organize all aspects of food production to the highest professional standard.
- Experience in high-end operations, international exposure and knowledge of international food products is compulsory.
- To take full responsibility for the running of allocated section.
- Assisting section chef in preparing meals.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-
- 8 – 10 years of exceptional culinary experience, strong leadership and communication skills.
- Elegance in food presentation, eye for details and sound financial knowledge.
