Responsibilities
- Coordinate restaurant operations across all our locations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer complaints.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Ensure safe and tasty meals to our esteemed customers.
- Assist in prompt treating of special orders.
- Ensure consistent quality, freshness and presentation of all products.
- Ensure all items are properly wrapped and weighed with the right code by team.
- Ensure better levels of commitment to serve customers.
- Ensure all produce are brought out for merchandising & display.
- Ensure all products have: Price tags with details of expiry and other information.
- Ensure appealing composure to customers by providing quality, fresh products in a hygienic manner by self or through team members.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut/manage waste.
- Promote the brand and marketing strategy through word-of-month and restaurant events and recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads).
- Implement and improve policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
- Manage and lead the employee’s day to day activities, organise and supervise shifts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
