Position Title: Retail Sales Supervisor.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

Retail Sales Supervisor job opportunity is available at Berrymart Integrated Services Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

Job Summary

• The individual is expected to direct his team to attain everyday sales target and surpass expectations of customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Setting up sales procedure for team members.
• Organize marketing plans to attain sales target.
• Support in Sales staff recruitment as necessary.
• Appraise performance of team members
• Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity of underperforming personnel.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Graduate with minimum of five years practical experience in the FMCG industry.
• An outstanding supervisory experience.
• Demonstration of positive team player spirit
• Conversant with retail principles required to effectively process sales operations.
• Ability to direct and be a mentor on the sales ground by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Possession of valid driver’s license and LASDRI

REMUNERATION:-

N80,000 – N120,000 plus sales incentives.
