About the role

The Sales and Marketing Officer will support patient acquisition and hospital service awareness through corporate partnerships, referral relationships, business development and digital marketing in Abuja.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective corporate clients, including employers and organisations seeking staff medical services.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and quotations, maintain prospect pipelines and follow up commercial opportunities.
• Build relationships with health maintenance organisations, clinics and other healthcare referral partners.
• Manage social content and marketing activities across relevant platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp Business and Google Business Profile.
• Develop promotional materials, monitor digital campaigns and track enquiries, lead conversion and performance indicators.
• Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports, work with hospital teams and respect patient confidentiality and applicable data protection requirements.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Two to four years of relevant sales, marketing or business development experience; healthcare or B2B experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage social media, deliver outreach, present proposals and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile, Microsoft Excel and basic design applications such as Canva.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of HMO onboarding and corporate healthcare relationships is advantageous.
