Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies and evaluate their effectivenes.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Solicit orders  and reach out to customer and  leads through cold calls and email.
• Deliver produce to customers.
• Identify prospective leads and convert new customers.
• Identify changes in customer purchase and consumption trends and report accordingly to management.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options.
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customers lifetime value.
• Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
• Understanding  of sales process.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Above average skill in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Attention to Details.
