Sales / Customer Care Personnel job opportunity is available at Owens & Xley Consults for individuals who possess HND / B.Sc in a relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Receive all calls and enquiries
- Follow up with clients regularly to build relationship
- Get feedback from clients and act on it
- Liaise with distributors
- Maintain a database of all distributors and clients
- Organize and plan market activation strategies
- Work with the Business Director to create sales and marketing strategy
- Receive orders from clients and forward to the Manager/production team
- Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports
- Receive orders for events
- Carry out research on events happening within Lagos and propose partnership
- Prepare and manage events calendar
- Work with Business Director to set events/product sales target for the month
- Manage all supermarket and sales outlets
Experience and qualifications
- HND / B.Sc in a relevant field.
- Proven work experience (Minimum of 1 year) in a similar role
- Proximity to Ikota, Lekki.
REMUNERATION :-
- N50,000 – N80,000 monthly.
