Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer experiencevia phone calls and in-store.
• Receive customers into the store in a friendly and polite manner.
• Answer phone calls/online requests with an upbeat yet professional tone.
• Provide customers with detailed and updated information about products.
• Cross-sell products to customers to boost sales.
• Guide customers to shelves carrying products within the store.
• Assist customers in-store/online with making product choices that meet their needs.
• Empathically & tactically handle all customer complaints while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visually appealing retailing standards.
• Receive new deliveries into the store.
• Stock shelves with products in an aesthetically alluring way.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Attach price tags to products on the racks and shelves.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Experience and qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales or any related field.
• 0 – 2 years experience in Customer Service, Sales, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
• Great organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
