Sales Executive (Real Estate) at an Undisclosed Client – Ajao Estate, Lagos

A real estate business is recruiting a full-time Sales Executive in Ajao Estate, Lagos, through JV Management Consulting. The position is responsible for property sales, lead generation and long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Property sales responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing and other sales channels.
• Promote available properties and real estate investment opportunities.
• Arrange property inspections and site visits, present suitable options and follow up consistently with buyers.
• Negotiate sales and close property transactions.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to support referrals.
• Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track prospects, enquiries, meetings and sales activity in accurate records.
• Monitor opportunities in the Lagos real estate market and participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, property activations and other promotional events.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Economics or a related field.
• Two to four years’ proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Evidence of lead generation, negotiation and sales conversion ability.
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, relationship-management and customer acquisition skills.
• A confident, persuasive, target-focused approach and the ability to work alone or with a team.
• Knowledge of Lagos real estate, Microsoft Office and CRM systems is advantageous.

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of ₦200,000.
