Sales Officer at CARS45 Limited – Abuja and Lagos

CARS45 Limited is recruiting full-time Sales Officers for its centres in Abuja (FCT) and Lagos. The role combines centre coordination, customer service, lead generation, vehicle procurement and closing car sales.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and resources at the assigned inspection and sales centre.
• Convert prospective buyers and sellers into paying customers while providing fair and attentive service.
• Build a network of prospects, generate leads and grow sales and profitable customer relationships.
• Act as a central contact for customer matters and manage customer expectations throughout the sales process.
• Oversee customer-facing processes for procuring cars at the centre.
• Negotiate and close car sales directly with customers and work towards the centre’s sales targets.

Qualifications and requirements

• HND or bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with NYSC completed.
• One to two years of sales experience, supported by strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to win customers and close sales.
• Good knowledge of cars and their models.
• Excellent communication skills, a professional presentation and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to meet performance targets in a target- and commission-based role.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
• Living near the centre is an advantage.
