Responsibilities
- Carry the quarterly and annual BD target agreed with the Board.
- Generate leads and esp. if possible to replace direct competitors.
- Lead senior client meetings and all negotiations.
- Responsibility for pricing of each project and getting approval from Director Commercial / Executive Committee.
- Review all legal contracts and negotiate with client (legal team to support).
- Ensure 100% adherence with BD policy and proper approval of exceptions, if any.
- Keep an ear to the ground and collect high quality information on competitors.
Experience and qualifications
- Experience – Minimum 10 Years
- Engineer/ B.Com; MBA preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Focused and goal-oriented.
- Aggressive sales target achievement
