Responsibilities
- Sales of products such as: advert on magazines, online advert sales, events and exhibition.
- Good understanding of sales processes, analytics and client retention.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft word.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Identify product improvement or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
- Market all the organisations products evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales products.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
- Meeting set targets.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solution
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Experience and qualifications
- B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing or any field
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in real estate.
- Must reside in Lagos.
