Senior Sales Representative at Foremost Radiology Consultants – Surulere, Lagos

Foremost Radiology Consultants Limited is recruiting a full-time, fully on-site Senior Sales Representative in Surulere, Lagos. The role is a hands-on sales and marketing leadership position focused on improving revenue, generating business and guiding a team towards measurable targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the marketing and sales team while monitoring individual and team performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop effective sales and business development strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers and commercial partners.
• Oversee sales and marketing activities to improve business growth and revenue.
• Set a constructive example through strategic planning, organisation, commercial initiative and performance accountability.

Qualifications and experience

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development and leading teams.
• A demonstrable record of generating revenue, finding business opportunities and managing client relationships.
• Ability to develop and execute practical marketing strategies and work towards business targets.
• Strategic judgement, initiative, organisation and a results-driven approach.
• Experience in healthcare is an added advantage.
