Position Title: SEO / SEM Strategist.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION:-

SEO / SEM Strategist job opportunity is available at FinCode for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Perform actionable site audits, competitive analysis, keyword research, backlink audits, and SEO strategies in collaboration with the marketing team
• Perform sitemap recommendations like URL rewriting, meta titles and description, redirections and implement
• Manage multiple websites and competing priorities while maintaining deadlines
• Develop content initiatives or editorial calendars and work together with website content writer to implement relevant SEO keywords on website contents maximizing relevant organic growth
• Perform website content, page and image optimization, design and development
• Conduct weekly reporting on SEO activities / deliverables as well as website performance metric
• Implement SEO best practices about website architecture, UI / UX, white hat linking building to improve organic site performance, visibility, and conversion rate
• Create and execute off-page SEO strategies to improve brand and site authority
• Maximize local search exposure (citations, business listings) and developing strong calls to action on websites
• Improve website speed and page load optimization
• All SEO / SEM efforts should be focused on driving traffic and conversions

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Candidates should possess Bachelor Degree, HND, OND,
• 2 to 3 professional years of planning and implementing successful SEO / SEM strategies
• A proven track record of helping websites achieve rapid and sustained long-term growth / traffic
• Experience with various SEO analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tags manager, Moz, SEMrush, Search Console and many more
• Familiarity with third-party SEO tools like SEM Rush, ahrefs, moz, etc.
• Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, CSS and CMS
• Ability to successfully adhere to deadlines
• Team player is a MUST
• Strong attention to detail
