Soap Mixer Operator (D-C) at PZ Cussons – Aba, Abia
PZ Cussons is recruiting a Soap Mixer Operator (D-C) in Aba, Abia State, within its production finishing operation. The position involves controlling mixing equipment and maintaining safe and compliant production.
Responsibilities and requirements
- Operate mixers, weighing equipment and conveyors according to approved production instructions.
- Interpret batch cards and monitor mixing time, material characteristics and specified product quality.
- Inspect products, operate transfer valves, and identify or report process deviations.
- Maintain mixing equipment, production records and housekeeping standards.
- Work with production supervisors and technicians on machine availability, downtime reduction and continuous improvement.
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practice, quality systems, environmental procedures and site safety controls.
- NABTEB or National Diploma in an engineering-related discipline.
- At least one year of similar operating experience, engineering familiarity and sound problem-solving and communication skills.
