Position Title: Social Media Manager.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Social Media Manager job opportunity is available at Matrix Homes and Properties Limited for individuals who possess HND / BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Oversee social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Website etc
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, promotions and competitions
• Perform research on current trends in the real estate industry
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Generate and publish engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Monitor web traffic metrics, collaborate with marketing and sales team to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Minimum of HND / BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Minimum of 1-3 years proven work experience as a Social media manager
• Hands on experience in content management and online marketing
• Creative and ability to deliver captivating media contents i.e. images and videos
