Store Promoter at Smollan – Lagos
Smollan is recruiting a Store Promoter in Lagos to build product awareness, manage shelf standards and promotions, and strengthen customer and retail relationships.
Responsibilities
- Check product availability, handle damaged-stock procedures and maintain healthy shelves.
- Monitor normal, promotional and competing product prices.
- Support slow-moving stock and allocate suitable display space to high-demand items.
- Implement in-store promotions and train in-store sales consultants.
- Provide customer service, maintain accurate records and collaborate with retail teams.
- Promote product knowledge and maintain productive client relationships.
Requirements
- At least one year of previous promoter experience.
- Professional, well-groomed presentation and clear verbal communication.
- Strong networking, resilience, competitiveness and multitasking skills.
