Technical Drawing Teacher at Arrupe Jesuit College (AJC) – Abbi
Arrupe Jesuit College is recruiting a Technical Drawing Teacher in Abbi, Delta State. The teacher will plan and deliver lessons in line with the Nigerian National Policy on Education and the college’s academic requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver Technical Drawing lessons using the school’s approved scheme of work.
- Cover the required curriculum thoroughly and connect technical drawing to practical applications.
- Support pupils’ learning and provide a positive example through conduct and teaching.
Requirements
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or an equivalent discipline.
- TRCN professional registration is required.
- At least two years of teaching experience in a comparable position.
- A higher qualification, particularly in Civil Engineering, is an advantage.
- Strong English communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of adolescent psychology and ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and other office tools.
