Job Description
- We are looking to hire an innovative and driven Technical Sales Representative to increase the organization’s growth and profitability.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Identify and develop new business opportunities & growth strategies focused on sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Make site visits, application Surveys, direct installation processes and report observation
- Trouble shoot and provide operational/safety training during Plant outages and Turnarounds
- Keep excellent documentation of customer needs, take notes during discussions and follow up with customers
- Research business opportunities & viable income streams, develop business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders
- Schedule and attend meetings with prospective or existing clients; Assess client’s needs and promote the company’s products / services that meet the clients’ objectives/needs
- Manage Client Relationship. Sustain/improve customer experience & promote brand loyalty.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Responsible for meeting Annual Sales Target set by the Management.
- Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel
Experience and qualifications
- Possess a degree in engineering or technical services from a reputable tertiary institution;MSc in engineering or related technical courses will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant sales experience
- Sound communication (oral and written) skills
- Ability to Troubleshoot and provide operational/safety training
- Sound basic knowledge & understanding of measurements,
- Good mechanical and technical knowledge
- Possess an extremely analytical mind with the ability to think, learn and act swiftly.
